I definitely left the effects of this gum and got a boost of energy. I was concerned about how much caffeine was in a piece of gum but after checking, it's about half of the caffeine that's in a cup of coffee, which was reassuring. This is a great product and I'll continue to use it!!

Love the jolt of energy I get. This gum has a good flavor, good consistency and lasts about 20 minutes. It works in about 5 to 8 minutes and is faster than drinking an energy drink or soda.

I have a long drive to and from home. Some days are harder than others and feel sleepy at the wheel. Gum gives me energy to get through my long drive. I can still fall fast asleep at night when taken later. Highly recommend for a caffeine pick me up.
