GUM 125
Caffeine Energy Chewing Gum · 125 mg per piece
125 mg of caffeine per piece. Chew it on the drive over and you're locked in before your warm-up set is done. No cup. No crash. No bathroom break.
- 125 mg is a double espresso in one piece. Most energy gums tap out at 40–50.
- Absorbs through your cheek, not your gut. Nothing sloshing at mile 3.
- Split it in half and you own the dose. Half for a 3 pm slump, whole one before you send it.
Description
Caffeine energy chewing gum dosed at 125 mg per piece — the strongest we could make and still call it chewable. Chewing releases the caffeine so it absorbs through the lining of your mouth instead of waiting on digestion. Sugar free, under 5 calories, and small enough to live in a chalk bag or a work vest.
How to use
Chew hard for the first 30 seconds, then park it between your cheek and gum for five to ten minutes. Most people feel it inside five. New to caffeine gum? Start with half a piece — that's still 62 mg. Two pieces max in 24 hours.
Ingredients
Maltitol, gum base, sorbitol, xylitol, caffeine, natural and artificial flavors, calcium
carbonate. Less than 2% of: gum arabic, maltitol syrup, sucralose, acesulfame K, aspartame,
salt, sunflower lecithin, carnauba wax, spirulina extract.
Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine.

You're not slow.
Your fuel is.
When you need to be on, you've got a five-minute window. Almost everything in your gym bag takes longer than that — or makes you pay for it on the back end.
Coffee
Brew it, wait on it, burn your mouth. Then go hunting for a bathroom at mile three. "Coffee destroys my stomach" shows up in every thread for a reason.
Energy drink
16 oz sloshing around while you're squatting, 200 calories of sugar, and a crash waiting for you two hours later.
Pre-workout
Scoop, shaker, water, scoop math. Then the beta-alanine itch kicks in while you're still in the parking lot.
Caffeine pills
Cheapest option, sure. But it all lands at once and you can't dial it back. That's where the jitters come from.

Your cheek beats
your stomach.
A drink has to go down, get digested, then get absorbed. Gum skips part of that trip: chewing releases the caffeine and the lining of your mouth takes it straight in.
Chew hard
The first 30 seconds is what breaks all 125 mg out of the gum base. Don't baby it.
Park it
Tuck it between your cheek and gum. That's where the fast lane is — straight through the lining, no digestion in the way.
You're on
Most people feel it before their warm-up set is done. Whatever you swallow absorbs through your gut on the normal timeline, so it holds.
Straight up: controlled studies show caffeine gum hits the bloodstream faster than a capsule, with an earlier effect. How fast you feel it depends on your tolerance, your bodyweight and what you ate. We're promising a mechanism, not a stopwatch.
Everyone else
plays it safe.
Most energy gum is dosed so nobody complains. That's why people end up chewing three pieces to feel anything. We went the other way: one strong piece you can cut in half.
Category ranges based on publicly listed labels, 2026. Coffee figure is a typical 8 oz brewed cup.
Same job.
Six ways to do it.
Every one of these puts caffeine in you. What separates them is how long you wait, what you have to carry, and what it does to your stomach on the way through.

Pills still win on price. If cost per milligram is your only metric, buy pills — GUM only makes sense if timing, format and dose control matter to you.
Built for the five minutes
that actually count.

The 6 pm session you almost skipped
Chew it on the drive over. By the time the bar's loaded you're on — no shaker, no scoop, nothing sitting in your stomach on leg day.
"Before a workout when I'm late."

Hour four of the grind
No AFK run to the kitchen, no can sweating on your desk mat. Hands stay on the keys and your reaction time doesn't fall off a cliff.
"Hour 4 of ranked and still sharp."

2 am, hour nine of twelve
Nurses, drivers, warehouse, security. Stays in your vest pocket, works without a break room, and doesn't send you to the bathroom every 45 minutes.
"Night shifts, every single one."

TSA line to touchdown
The liquid rule doesn't apply to gum. Goes through security, works at 35,000 feet, and survives a gym bag in July.
"On flights, every time."

125 mg is a lot.That's the point.
A strong piece you can cut in half beats a weak one you have to double. Here's how people actually run it.
Bite it in half — that's 62 mg, still more than most whole energy gums. You learn the flavor and the format before committing to the full dose.
125 mg, call it a double espresso. Chew hard for 30 seconds, then park it in your cheek for five to ten minutes.
Two pieces is 250 mg. Count what you're already drinking — the ceiling most health agencies give is 400 mg a day from all sources.

The advice that shows up in every caffeine gum thread: nothing after 3 pm unless you're working the night on purpose. Caffeine sensitivity varies a lot between people.

What people askbefore they order.
Is 125 mg too much?
It's a high dose and we're not hiding it. For reference, health agencies consider a single dose up to 200 mg fine for healthy adults. If you're caffeine sensitive or it's your first piece, start with half — 62 mg, still more than most energy gums give you whole.
Will it give me the jitters?
Depends on your tolerance and what else you've had. Two rules fix it for most people: start at half a piece, and don't stack it with coffee inside the same hour. If caffeine reliably makes you anxious, this isn't your product.
Is there a crash?
No sugar in it, so you won't get the sugar crash an energy drink hands you. Caffeine itself tapers off over a few hours — it's stimulation, not free energy.
Will it wreck my sleep?
Caffeine's half-life is roughly five hours, so a piece at 4 pm still has meaningful caffeine in you at bedtime. Most people cut off around 3 pm unless they're working through the night.
How long do I chew it?
Five to ten minutes. Hard for the first 30 seconds, then park it in your cheek. After about ten minutes you're just chewing gum — the caffeine is already out.
How many pieces are in a pouch?
30 individually sealed pieces per pouch. At one a day that's a month; three pouches runs about three months and six about six.
Can I use it if I'm drug tested?
Caffeine isn't on the WADA prohibited list, though it is on their monitoring program. If you compete under a specific federation, check their rules and email us for the full spec sheet before you use it in season.
How many can I have in a day?
Two pieces max in 24 hours — 250 mg. General guidance is to stay under 400 mg of caffeine a day from everything combined: coffee, tea, soda, pre-workout, this.
Can I fly with it?
Yes. It's not a liquid, so the 3-1-1 rule doesn't apply. Toss a few in your carry-on.
What if I don't like the flavor?
Three options: mint, grape, watermelon. If none of them land, the 30-day guarantee covers it — email us and we refund you.
